  The Move + Plus Program is available as an employee benefit program through your employer that offers real estate services plus Cash Back Bonus. All employees and their immediate family members are eligible for this benefit program.

This program was designed to offer excellent real estate services with a Cash Back Bonus to an employee at closing of a purchase or sale of real estate. Each employee will be assigned to work with a specially trained Realtor® who must meet the program’s criteria. A mortgage company will qualify and work with each participant to obtain a mortgage approval through a special Move + Plus Program.
